Below are answers to some of the most common questions our customers ask.


1. Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver across the United Kingdom using trusted logistics partners.
International shipping is not available at this time.


2. How long does delivery take?

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Standard UK delivery takes approximately 3–7 working days after dispatch.
    You will receive a tracking link once your order has shipped.


3. How much is shipping?

  • Free delivery on orders over £50.

  • A flat fee of £3.95 applies to orders under £50.
    Shipping costs are shown clearly at checkout before payment.


4. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link.
You can also track your parcel via our “Track Your Order” page on the website.


5. Can I return an item?

Yes — we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Please note that final sale, personalized, or hygiene-related items cannot be returned.


6. How do I request a return or refund?

  • Your order number

  • The reason for your return

Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.


7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other secure payment options available at checkout (via Shopify Payments and PayPal).
